Days Sales Outstanding (DSO)

Days Sales Outstanding (DSO), is typically the time from service to cash collection, also referred to as “Service to Cash Cycle Time.”

There are two parts to Days Sales Outstanding: 

• Service to Invoice Time 
• Invoice to Cash Time
